Each match shown to you will be anonymous, but show basic information about the person, including their country, industry, position and the specific phrases and words you were matched on. From there, you can decide whether to send them a message or request to view their full profile. You and your match are always given the same options and can deny any requests during the communication process if not interested in going any further. However, if you both are interested and share your full profiles, the next step is further messaging and eventually requesting unrestricted communication. Once unrestricted communication is approved you can openly share additional contact information at your discretion.
