If Bintro.com terminates your subscription because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees or credits.

Bintro acts as a website for the online distribution and publication of third party submitted generated and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring listings or other content on its website. Nothing on Bintro's website shall be considered an endorsement, representation or warranty with respect to any third party whether in regards to such third party's website, products, services, hiring, employment or recruiting practices or otherwise.

Other

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that portion shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not otherwise affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Paradigm5, Inc.DBA Bintro enters into this Agreement on its own behalf and on behalf of each of its worldwide affiliates. Accordingly, Paradigm5, Inc.DBA Bintro holds the benefit of and may enforce this Agreement on behalf of those affiliates. Paradigm5, Inc.DBA Bintro reserves the right to pursue any remedy available to it at law or in equity if you breach this Agreement.
